PMQs: Miliband mocks Cameron on energy bill
Ed Miliband and David Cameron have clashed in the Commons over the energy bill.
The Labour leader said the Prime Minister's plan for energy tariffs was a "dodgy offer" and that Mr Cameron made up the policy and was "caught out".
Mr Cameron said the government would use the Energy Bill to ensure that customers got the lowest tariffs.
