Cameron: Energy bills price pledge clarified
David Cameron has clarified his pledge that energy firms will be forced to give all customers the lowest tariff.
Speaking as he arrived for Eurozone talks in Brussels he said he wanted to be on the side of hard-pressed people "who struggle to pay energy bills".
