Help

Julian Lewis said there were "very good security reasons" why MPs' addresses should not be revealed, as he discussed releasing information about his colleagues renting homes to each other.

However former Conservative leader Michael, now Lord, Howard said his constituents knew where he lived when he was an MP, and he had no problem with that.

The Independent Parliamentary Standards Authority is considering a Freedom of Information request to release details about which MPs are renting their taxpayer-funded homes to each other. The BBC has been told that four MPs are sub-letting second homes to colleagues.
