Pleb: Simon Callow on deference, language and manners

Simon Callow looks at whether deference still exists after Andrew's Mitchell's choice of words - and he explained the historical background to the word "pleb".

The actor - performing in a Dickens play - spoke to Andrew Neil, Michael Portillo and Jacqui Smith about language and manners, how to address others, and which words can get people into trouble.
