David Cameron to appear on David Letterman TV show

David Cameron will be the first serving British prime minister to appear on the David Letterman Show in the US when he is a guest on Wednesday evening.
The Daily Politics looked back to Boris Johnson's past appearance on the same show, and the PM's appearance on the Jonathan Ross show in 2006, as broadcaster Bonnie Greer was asked what the Americans would make of him.
