Ed Davey dismisses Conservative climate change sceptics
The energy and climate change secretary said the government needed to stand up to climate change sceptics on the Conservative backbenches and not listen to "noises off".
Ed Davey told Andrew Neil renewable energy was "cost-effective and critical for decarbonising our economy", as he was asked about the effect of green policies on rising energy bills.
