Tax: Conservative and Liberal Democrat financial plans

The coalition has to blend the Liberal Democrat and Conservative approaches to tax as both parties have different priorities on how much tax to raise and from whom.

David Thompson spoke to Conservative MP Mark Field, Liberal Democrat Deputy Leader Simon Hughes and Institute for Fiscal Studies director Paul Johnson.
