Liberal Democrat conference: party plan for wealth tax

Liberal Democrats are suggesting a wealth tax, following on from plans for a mansion tax and the tycoon tax.

Giles Dilnot looked at how it could work and asked Institute for Fiscal Studies director Paul Johnson and Ben Page of Ipsos Mori what the public would make of it.
