Oliver Stone: US on 'treadmill' of war
Film-maker Oliver Stone has said he is "disappointed" by President Barack Obama but believes the US government does not have the "means to change".
The director of Platoon, Wall Street and JFK told Andrew Marr that although re-electing President Obama was the "only rational response" to presidential challenger Mitt Romney, there was now a permanent political "consensus" to maintain wars.
