European Commission explained in A-Z of Europe

The European Commission is the only part of the EU to bring in new legislation, and the BBC went inside the home of the power makers to see how it works.

Adam Fleming spoke to Connie Hedegaard, the commissioner for climate action, to find out what happens on a typical day.
