PMQs: Cameron and Miliband on unemployment figures

The Labour leader told David Cameron that his work programme "just is not working" as the pair traded figures on unemployment statistics revealed on Wednesday .

He said the government would miss its own test on borrowing by the time of the next general election.

The prime minister said the government had cut the deficit by a quarter, and that Labour was calling on him to increase spending and borrowing, which would increase debts.
