David Cameron's new cabinet meets in Downing Street
David Cameron's newly reshuffled cabinet has held its first meeting at Downing Street. Ken Clarke and Justine Greening are among the ministers taking on new roles.
At the first Prime Minister's Questions since the summer recess, Labour leader Ed Miliband said the reshuffle had left in place the "same old faces and the same old policies".
