PMQs: Cameron on Heathrow third runway manifesto pledge
The prime minister said "I will not be breaking my manifesto pledge" when asked to rule out a third runway at Heathrow Airport while he was party leader.
Speculation has been growing about expansion at the site since Transport Secretary Justine Green - who campaigned against the expansion - was removed the post in this week's reshuffle.
