PMQs: Dennis Skinner taunts David Cameron on reshuffle

Labour MP Dennis Skinner taunted David Cameron over the first major reshuffle of the coalition government, and said the boos faced by the chancellor would "haunt the posh boys forever".

But the prime minister hit back with a a joke about miners.
