Labour 'would welcome' government investment plans
Shadow Business Secretary Chuka Umunna has said his party would "welcome" government plans to invest in infrastructure, but criticised what he called "delays and indecision".

He also laid out some of Labour's plans to boost the economy, including a national insurance break for micro-businesses taking on new staff and reversing the VAT rise.
