Filibustering: How politicians 'talk out' legislation

The controversy over Lords reform could lead some MPs to use the the ancient art of filibustering, or "talking out", legislation as it is known in Britain.

Jo Coburn looked back to Roman times, before seeing how politicians of today use the same tool to help things go their way.
