School has checklist to help improve pupil behaviour
Teachers in a Cheshire school are encouraged to pin up notices, reminding them to "stay calm" and to "remember the names of the children" to help improve behaviour.
The attempt to encourage pupils to behave themselves in class is the idea of Charlie Taylor, the government's Expert Adviser on Behaviour for schools in England.
David Thompson spoke to Wistaston Green Primary School headteacher Linda Davis and the former Education Secretary David Blunkett.
