PMQs: Cameron and Miliband clash on banking inquiry
David Cameron said his government introduced the bank levy, would legislate to split the banks and had introduced "the most transparent" system for pay and bonuses.
Ed Miliband had claimed the PM did not "get it" - referring to the level of public concern over banks - but the prime minister said he would not take a lecture on banking from Labour.
