A look at health costs across USA and Europe

There are claims that health care is better in parts of Europe and America than it is in the NHS across the UK.

Adam Fleming looked at the figures and spoke to John Appleby of the King's Fund and Stephen Dorrell MP who chairs the Health Select Committee.
