PMQs: David Cameron calls for progress on Lords reform
The prime minister said it was "time to make progress" on reforms of the House of Lords - as MPs had been discussing it for 100 years.
Her said all parties had their opponents, but there was a majority in favour among MPs and the country. David Cameron called the Labour leader hopeless, and claimed Ed Miliband appeared to be both in favour and opposed to reform.
