PMQs: Miliband quotes Dorries' Osborne 'coward' tweet
Ed Miliband quoted a tweet from Conservative MP Nadine Dorries accusing George Osborne of being a "coward" for sending junior minister Chloe Smith to defend the fuel duty decision on BBC's Newsnight.
But the prime minister accused the Labour leader of arguments about "process", adding that George Osborne made the announcement in the House of Commons and was not "hiding away".
