Harriet Baldwin on Conservative benefit reform plans


The prime minister is set to announce his party's plans to change the benefit system if the Conservatives win the next general election.

Harriet Baldwin, a Conservative member of the Work and Pensions Select Committee, explained what she thought was wrong with the current arrangements and how they might change in the future.
