Oldham scheme to get youths into training and jobs

Many firms think school and college leavers lack the skills they need for the workplace, a CBI report found this week, but there are projects to help young people into training and work.

Susana Mendonça reports from Oldham where businesswoman and FT columnist Heather McGregor runs a scheme that combines education and business.
