David Davis: Theresa May wrong over Communications Bill

Conservative MP David Davis said Theresa May was wrong over proposals to boost the powers of police and security services to watch phone and internet use.

Home Office minister James Brokenshire explained how the new powers in the Communications Bill would be used.
