Michael Forsyth: Scottish vote 'could end union jack'
The Jubilee celebrations which saw the union jack flag flying all across the country, could not be repeated if Scotland becomes an independent nation according to Conservative peer Michael Forsyth.
The former secretary of state for Scotland said the union jack flag, representing the United Kingdom, would be lost if Scotland becomes an independent nation.
He also challenged actor Alan Cumming over his support for an independent Scotland given his links to the United States.
