Ed Balls on economy, Lords reform and election results
The shadow chancellor said George Osborne's "judgment was wrong and his plan had failed" and the euro could not be blamed for a recession made in Downing Street.
Ed Balls was asked if the local elections results were good enough to see Labour to win the 2015 general election, and the party's stance for reform of the House of Lords.
