Extra support for stressed MPs, says Dr Ashley Weinberg
MPs could need extra support to carry out their work as their decisions can have "very high stakes", said psychologist Dr Ashley Weinberg who has been investigating their well-being for 20 years.
He said four in ten MPs regularly have regularly mental and physical health checks.
And he said new MPs seem to have an "unexpected hit" and more could be done to alert them to the kind of work they were going into.
