London City Airport should be closed - Green candidate
A London mayoral candidate called for the closure of London City Airport and to "do something useful" with its site next to the River Thames.
Green Jenny Jones said other nations were expanding rail, but not air services. She said people were "greedy" and had to learn to "adapt and survive" as she called for more green areas.
