PMQs: Douglas Carswell's Yes Minister question

Help

A backbench Tory MP who took the prime minister to task over whether life in Downing Street was like the TV show Yes Minister was told to get a sense of humour.

Douglas Carswell wanted to know why he was previously told there was no Sir Humphrey factor in the Whitehall machine, only for David Cameron to later claim on a foreign trip that Yes Minister was true to life.
