The BBC's economics editor examined where the chancellor was finding money to raise tax allowances in his Budget speech, while appearing not to make big changes.

Stephanie Flanders said these were being funded by reducing allowances for older people, cutting spending in Afghanistan and raising money from the banks and North Sea Oil.
