Lib Dems voice NHS bill concerns at conference

The Liberal Democrat Spring conference has refused to endorse the government's changes to the NHS in England.

Members voted against a motion, backed by the party leadership, supporting the reforms.

The vote doesn't mean that the bill will be scrapped.

Speaking at the conference, a number of activists voiced their concerns over the controversial bill.
