Can the UK economy afford to cut fuel duty?

Motorists are preparing to lobby MPs to call for a cut in fuel duty.

The campaign group Fair Fuel UK says petrol and diesel are at record high prices and must fall to help families and businesses during the economic downturn.

Haulier Andy Boyle, Lynne Beaumont from Fair Fuel UK, and Conservative MP Andrea Leadsom from the Treasury Select Committee debate fuel prices and taxes.
