Farage backs English Parliament and House of Lords reform

UKIP leader Nigel Farage backed the call for an English Parliament which he said should be based in the House of Commons.

And he would see the House of Lords reformed into a Parliament for the United Kingdom.

The UKIP leader also spoke against the government's plans for High Speed rail from London to Birmingham.
