Salmond defends vote question
Alex Salmond has said that the United Kingdom would be maintained in some form after Scottish independence.
Speaking on the Andrew Marr Show the First Minister said that the monarchical union between Scotland and England would mean the United Kingdom continuing.
He explained that was why the question of "leaving the UK" could not be put in the referendum.
