PM signs 'long-term partnership' with Afghan President
The Prime Minister has signed a "long-term partnership" agreement with the Afghan President, Hamid Karzai, who is visiting the UK.
The agreement focuses on continuing co-operation after the withdrawal of Nato-led troops from Afghanistan at the end of 2014.
It includes a commitment by the UK to continue aid and to build a new military academy for Afghan officers.
The BBC's David Loyn reports.
