European Court of Human Rights in need of reform?
The ruling of the European Court of Human Rights, that radical muslim cleric Abu Qatada cannot be deported to Jordan, has left many asking whether it is time to reform the court or for the UK to leave its jurisdiction altogether.
As David Cameron heads to Strasbourg to push for changes, Adam Fleming looked at the options with Blair Gibbs from Policy Exchange and Alex Bailin of Matrix Chambers.
