Iain Duncan Smith: 'Money for those who deserve it'
Work and Pensions Secretary Iain Duncan Smith has rejected claims that vulnerable people will suffer as a result of the government's plans to change the welfare system.
He said that a proposed cap on benefits would help make families more independent and change their lives for the better.
Mr Duncan Smith defended the reforms in an interview with BBC Political Editor, Nick Robinson, ahead of Monday's debate in the House of Lords.
