50p top tax rate should go says plumber Charlie Mullins
The owner of a London plumbing firm explains why he thinks the 50p top tax rate is hurting British businesses.
Charlie Mullins said the chancellor should ignore his coalition partners and listen to entrepreneurs who want the tax rate flushed down the drain.
