Autumn Statement: Osborne on youth unemployment
George Osborne has been outlining the steps the government plans to take to tackle unemployment among young people.
The chancellor said ''youth unemployment has been rising for seven years and is now unacceptably high''.
In his Autumn Statement, he described a new ''Youth Contract'' which he said would address the problem.
