Theresa May behaved 'dishonourably' - Alan Johnson

Alan Johnson said it was "dishonourable" for Theresa May to have named the head of the UK Border Agency in the House of Commons, saying he was responsible for ordering a relaxation of border controls.

Michael Portillo said a ministerial "code" would have stopped him naming staff in Parliament when he was in office.
