Nick Clegg pledges to create jobs with England growth fund

The global economy is on the verge of a new and deeper jobs recession that may ignite social unrest, the International Labour Organization has warned.

It says it will take at least five years for employment in advanced economies to return to pre-crisis levels.

In the UK, Deputy Prime Minister Nick Clegg has announced where £950m will be invested to support growth and safeguard 200,000 jobs across England.
