UK's 'moral responsibility to Libya'
The UK has a duty to remain engaged in Libya to help the people rebuild peace in their country, shadow defence secretary Jim Murphy has said.
Mr Murphy told The Andrew Marr Show that he thinks this will be both a financial and political commitment.
The minister also said he hoped the government could, "persuade some of those Nato allies who didn't do much of the war fighting to carry most of the burden in rebuilding the country".
You can watch the Andrew Marr Show in full on the BBC iPlayer.
