Labour's new shadow cabinet is one of the youngest in the party's history and 11 of the 27 jobs belong to women.

Adam Fleming looks at the make-up and challenges for the new team as he spoke to MPs Michael Dugher and Emily Thornberry, plus Labour Uncut's Dan Hodges and Mark Feguson.

After this film was aired, former Home Secretary Charles Clarke gave his views on the leader and his shadow cabinet.
