Theresa May: London rioters 'will be brought to justice'
Home Secretary Theresa May has said those responsible for violence and looting in London over the last three days will be brought to justice.
At least 215 people have been arrested and 27 charged following the riots which started on Saturday and spread to other areas of the capital.
She condemned what she called ''sheer criminality'' and said there was ''no excuse for looters, or thuggery, or violence on the streets.''
