Rudy Giuliani copied Ronald Reagan as New York mayor
Rudy Giuliani explained that he "copied what Ronald Reagan did as best I could as mayor of New York."
He worked for Mr Reagan and praised his former boss for his role in helping to liberate Europe.
Mr Giuliani dismissed suggestions the former president was "dumb or just an actor" claiming he was a terrific writer who had prepared for many years prior to taking the top job.
