UK and US special relationship review: Foreman, Portillo, Abbott

Historian Amanda Foreman claims Obama's re-election chances have been helped by his tour to the UK and Ireland, as she reviews his visit and the so-called UK and US special relationship with Michael Portillo, Andrew Neil and Diane Abbott.

Mr Portillo said the relationship was threatened as the British currency was devaluing, and the UK was spending less on defence.
