PM says immigration has created "discomfort and disjointedness"


David Cameron will say in a speech today that immigration has created discomfort and disjointedness in some parts of Britain.

The Prime Minister will defend his policy of imposing a cap on immigrants from outside the EU.

But Labour says there is a growing gap between his promises and his actions.
