Budget: Osborne closes speech with 'plan for growth'
Chancellor George Osborne said "we have done what we can" to help British families as he closed his second Budget speech, saying "this is our plan for growth".
He claimed his economic plans - set out over an hour on Wednesday lunchtime - would put fuel into the tank of the British economy.
