Budget: Miliband slates 'same old Tories'
Labour leader Ed Miliband has criticised the government's record on economic growth, attacking what he called ''the same old Tories''.
In his Budget speech, Chancellor George Osborne said the 2011 growth forecast has been downgraded from 2.1% to 1.7%.
