High speed rail line HS2 'must reach Scotland' says SNP
The SNP's Shirley-Anne Somerville, who sits on the Scottish Parliament's Transport Committee, says the planned HS2 High Speed rail line line, initially set to run from London to Birmingham, must continue to Scotland to make the investment worthwhile and achieve environmental benefits.
